Project: Two Double storey Units
The client’s brief was to design 2 modern independent units.
The design allows for the maximum usage of land yet provides sufficient breathing space in between the units.
Both units use their internal layouts to form unique plans. Unit 1, located towards the front of the site, uses the open plan design to combine the internal space with the external space. Unit 2, located towards the rear of the site, has a more defined space design.
Both external forms complement one another in a harmonious relationship.
