Fine Design has been a leader in design and safety innovation using ropes for facade access and window cleaning systems for over 30 years! We are the owners & originators of significant intellectual property, particularly in the design of davit systems, and have been involved in defining industry and Australian Standards for rope access. Our systems are varied and we provide bespoke access solutions for any situation.
Our facade access systems are found across Melbourne on hundreds of projects. Some relatively recent work includes Marriott Docklands, Epworth Freemasons Hospital (former site of Dallas Brookes Hall), West Side Place (Stage 1) and the majority of the M-City buildings in Clayton.
We also provide checking and certification services for the design of rope access systems.
